9. Thumbnail for Excerpts:
   Adds thumbnails to excerpts.
10. WP-DBManager:
    Wordpress database manager. Allows you to optimize database, repair database, backup database, restore database, delete backup database, etc. I use it to automatically schedule backups.
11. WP FB Like Button:
    Adds Facebook "Like" button to your posts
12. WP-PageNavi:
    Adds advanced paging navigation.
13. WP-reCAPTCA:
    Adds a challenge box to prevent comment spamming by robots.
14. WPTouch (free version):
    Formats site with a mobile theme.
15. WP Super Cache:
    Serves Wordpress files as static pages -- helps deliver pages faster.
